Yoga Therapist
Carly has been a qualified yoga teacher for many years now, and offers 1 to 1 yoga sessions and yoga therapy in our studio at the Evesham Natural Health Centre. She has trained with FRYOG (The Friends of Yoga Society) and has completed a two year post graduate Yoga Therapy course to further her understanding. She also teaches yoga and mindfulness workshops to children in local schools. Sessions are £45 for the hour.
