With more than 25 years of experience managing, developing and coaching individuals and teams, I am passionate about helping people to help themselves and to improve their well-being and quality of life.
I am a professionally qualified hypnotherapist and coach, based at the Evesham Natural Health Centre which has been providing a wide range of complementary healthcare since 1994.
For 27 years, I worked as a senior manager and leader in local government. During that time, I particularly enjoyed managing and developing people. I gained a wide range of experience and skills which enabled me to motivate, inspire and coach. I have experience of working with individuals, teams and groups from corporate and voluntary sector backgrounds.
This combination of professional experience, training, and personal motivation, lets me work with all clients to help them to achieve significant and positive changes to their lives.
